Just a note to tell you that before the Collagen Collection I kept a pain diary and most days took 9 over-the-counter pain meds and still had a pain level of between 4 to 6 on a 1-10 scale. After about 8 days, I was taking meds only very occasionally and am down to a pain level of about 2-3 or less. I am very very pleased with this and have told everyone I know who is suffering.
